• Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software without permission.
• Do not upload malicious code, illegal content, or infringing materials.

3. Subscription, Billing & Licensing

Access to premium features requires an active subscription or valid license. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan features may vary. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or limitation of service access.

4. Customer Data

You retain full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and management of your business data. You must ensure proper internal controls, staff access management, and secure handling of your operational data.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and continuous service; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify or improve the service at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TamamPOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to meet payment obligations, or engage in activities that pose security or legal risks. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active contractual commitments.
