Clear, fair, and fully compliant with Saudi regulations — everything you need to know about refunds, cancellations, and your rights as a TamamPOS merchant.
1. Software Subscription Refunds
TamamPOS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of your first payment.
- Applicable to monthly and annual plans for new customers only.
- Annual plan renewals are refundable within 7 days of the renewal date if the service has not been heavily used in the new cycle.
- Subscription fees for subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable once the cycle begins.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
2. Hardware Returns
TamamPOS hardware returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Item arrived damaged or defective — photographic evidence must be provided within 48 hours of receipt.
- Wrong item was shipped by TamamPOS.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Refunds for hardware are credited to the original payment method within 8–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All refunds are credited to the original payment method only. TamamPOS cannot redirect refunds to a different card or bank account.
5. Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges
We take billing accuracy seriously. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please report the issue promptly:
- Report the issue within 60 days of the charge appearing on your statement.
- Duplicate charges will be fully refunded with no questions asked.
- System-side billing errors are reviewed and resolved within 5 business days.
- TamamPOS does not charge non-refundable processing fees on refunds initiated due to our error.
6. Cancellation Procedure
Merchants may cancel their TamamPOS subscription at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Once a cancellation request is submitted:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- No additional charges will be applied after cancellation confirmation.
- Your business data will remain accessible for a limited period before permanent removal.
7. Data Retention After Cancellation
After subscription cancellation or account termination, TamamPOS may securely retain merchant data for up to 30 days for backup, legal, and compliance purposes. After this period, all data may be permanently deleted from our systems.
We strongly recommend merchants export invoices, reports, and inventory records before cancelling their TamamPOS subscription.
8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting TamamPOS support, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the related merchant account until the dispute is resolved.
- All billing records and transaction logs will be used as evidence during dispute investigations.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
9. Service Modifications
TamamPOS reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or service availability at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance regarding any major billing or policy changes.
10. Compliance With Saudi Regulations
TamamPOS follows applicable Saudi Arabian e-commerce and digital service regulations, including ZATCA e-invoicing requirements for SaaS platforms operating within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
By subscribing to TamamPOS, merchants acknowledge and agree to comply with local tax, invoicing, and commercial regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, payment providers, or service improvements. Updated versions will always be published on our official website.
