Introduction & Scope

The following Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you, as a current or prospective customer of ALWANS for Information Technology Company, otherwise known as (TamamPOS), the user (“you,” “your”) and TamamPOS (“we”, “us”, “our”), in order to govern your use of our services, including mobile applications, websites, software, hardware, and other products (collectively, the “Services”).

By signing up and creating a TamamPOS account, visiting our website, and/or subscribing to one of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access the website or use any services.

Account Registration

TamamPOS offers a cloud-based management system to enable restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, and retail shops to manage, assess, track, and scale their business operations.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are fully responsible for all activities pertaining to your TamamPOS Account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Services are currently offered only to users residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Egypt.

TamamPOS is built in strict alignment with the regulatory framework of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We follow industry-leading standards for POS systems, e-invoicing (ZATCA), data protection, and financial digital compliance.

Cancellation & Data Policy

Account Termination

TamamPOS reserves the right to terminate any account in violation of these Terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to hold personal information for one month from the cancellation date for regulatory audit purposes.

User-Initiated Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your account, TamamPOS will immediately remove your personal information from its active database. You may close your account at any time via the TamamPOS console or by contacting success@tamampos.com.

Permitted Activities

By using the Services, you agree that you will NOT:

• Violate any Applicable International Comparative Law.
• Upload viruses, Trojan horses, or harmful code.
• Damage, disable, or overburden our servers or networks.
• Republish or redistribute material from TamamPOS without written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and its use. As long as the website and basic information are provided free of charge, TamamPOS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
